Okay so I am calling based on reviews and the the advisors own verbatim statement about how "No questions asked" other these name dob. As soon as she picks up The phone she asks " how can I help you?" I explained based on reviews and her statement in her bio under what to expect " she said how she works and needed name dob. I Said my name and dob then I was waiting for her to respond and then disconnects all I hear is the main line menu. Thought was a glitch but it wasn't when I try to call back now she blocked me! What a joke! I am reporting her to the support for my money back and false claims made in her bio!
